Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated by email.

🌍 Shipping Times & Rates

• UK Orders: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50 (optional line – adjust as you wish).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey home.

Delays & Customs

We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control, but we’ll always do what we can to support you and make things right.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at empirerisefromwithin@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
